Stefanie graduated from IONA College with a BA in Speech Communication. In the years following graduation, she continued to grow and refine excellent communication and customer service skills. She has over 13 years of customer service experience which includes 4 years as a production assistant for a worldwide disaster recovery corporation.

 

Stefanie believes that the keys to maintaining long term and meaningful relationships are personalized care and outstanding service. Her attention to detail, mixed with her desire to exceed each client’s expectations, make her a perfect fit for the Client Service Manager position within the Hudson Dynamic Retirement team. Stefanie can assist with a wide variety of things from opening an account, to processing a contribution/withdrawal, online access assistance, help in the meeting preparation process, or escalating a request to the appropriate team member as needed.

 

Stefanie currently resides in Port Chester, New York with her husband, Juan, and two children, Alexander and Samantha. When not in the office, Stefanie enjoys making memories with her family and their dog, Duchess.
